From a small apartment in NYC to 10 locations around the world
The Smart Office story began September 2015 in New York City when they shipped the first SmartDesk to first Kickstarter customer. Since then, they have been dedicated to helping people work smarter.

There is very little hierarchy at Ninja. Decision making processes are transparent and open to vote. Autonomous welcome all different ways of thinking and trust the people they work with to do what they do best. There is no micromanagement here.
