VSee is the telehealth system for NASA Space Station, Trinity, Ascension, DaVita, MDLIVE and 1200+. Dedicated to reducing health costs, increasing healthcare access and efficiency, and allowing clinicians to love doing medicine again. VSee offers simple, scalable telehealth with fast, secure communications, tailored virtual visit workflows, medical device and tools integrations, and customizable patient experiences.
VSee was founded in 2008 by two Stanford PhD students, Milton and Erika, who wanted to make remote work simple. The original VSee platform was coded by Milton who did his PhD research on the psychology of video communications. Milton has deployed VSee for former President Obama’s Inauguration, for the Navy Seals, for Hillary Clinton and Angelina Jolie in their refugee work. He has also personally traveled to Iraq twice, Syria twice, as well as Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America on numerous humanitarian and medical missions trips.
They’re more than a telemedicine platform. They’re people who believe in the power of telemedicine to save money, save lives, and improve healthcare. Mission is to make telehealth an everyday experience, and they’re committed to helping partners succeed at this. VSee serves over 1000 companies including Walgreens, MDLIVE, Trinity, DaVita, HCA, Seton, McKesson-US Oncology, and others.
Today they are a global band of designers and engineers passionate about using skills to do good as they strive to overcome the barriers preventing telehealth from being an everyday experience. Telemedicine shouldn’t be another EMR nightmare, and doctors don’t need more apps they won’t use. They’re here to create a telemedicine experience that’s as simple as shopping online. That’s what they do best.
