VinaCapital typically hires individuals who have international educational qualifications. Applications must be received in English and all staff must speak English fluently.
General requirement for all employees at VinaCapital:
- Minimum two years experience in a relevant field.
- Preference for candidates with five years or more experience at ‘Big 4’ audit firms, or international investment banking and corporate finance institutions.
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting, banking, finance or economics.
- Good general business knowledge.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
