About Pizza Hut
It all started in 1958 in Wichita USA, when brothers Dan and Frank Carney opened the world's first Pizza Hut restaurant by borrowing $600 from their mum. It was the start of the biggest pizza name in the world, and in 1973, that fantastic pizza came to the UK.
What started out as a single Hut in Islington, London is now over 700 Restaurants and Delivery outlets up and down the UK, and guess what, the pizza is still the best in town. Since they came to the UK in 1973, they've been proud of service and great food. Company brought Deep Pan to the UK and invented Stuffed Crust and Cheesy Bites. And they're not done there, they're still leading the way with innovation, watch this space for future exciting products.

They have recently created a startup: Pizza Hut Digital Ventures, committed to building innovative digital solutions, providing customers with an exceptional experience. They are committed to using best of breed technologies to build the next generation pizza ordering and delivery platform. Company operate a lean approach to testing and learning with every step they take and have a true fail fast, fail early mentality, which allows them to optimise for change. Company have a flat and non-hierarchical organization, which ensures all ideas are heard and evaluated equally. They're looking for awesome talent across engineering, product management, data analytics.
Some words on their stack: The delicious frontend is built on React, Redux and plenty of Javascript. Cheesy backend runs on a combination of Node.js and AWS Lambda. All of which is based on a delicious Infrastructure dough made up of a secret combination of the AWS Stack (ECS, SQS), Terraform, Circle CI and Docker. Using the latest and greatest in deployments technologies allows them to bake and deliver this beauty multiple times an hour, within minutes.
