Văn phòng xinh, sếp ngầu, anh em như thể tay chân

Tôi thích công ty vì

Văn hoá công ty gần gũi, thoải mái. Gần như không có khái niệm cấp trên - cấp dưới. Sếp, manager, pm, anh, em đối với nhau thân thiết, gần gũi. Đặc biệt Sếp thích phát lương sớm, một năm review lương HAI lần.
Phòng bếp xịn, có sẵn máy pha cafe, hạt cafe, trà, trái cây, mì n thể loại. Văn phòng thiết kế hiện đại. Hay có những buổi anh em ngồi lại chia sẻ nhau kiến thức, công ty cũng hay tổ chức contest đủ loại để tạo sân chơi kèm tăng thêm một khoảng thu nhập không cố định cho anh em.
Công ty không khuyến khích OT. Cũng chưa từng phải OT lần nào ở công ty.
