Nexle is a software outsourcing company based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Its business focuses on mobile application development (iOS, Android), Web application development (Ruby on Rails, Java, .NET),Cloud integration development, and software testing (manual and automation test using Watir).

Nexle offer software development and testing services from concept to implementation. The solutions require a good understanding and preliminary analysis of business processes by a qualified team of analytics, system architects, developers and QA engineers.

Nexle provide assistance with scoping and technical specification development, offering technical and business insights gained from our previous projects, design and develop applications and integrate them with existing systems, services and social networks and maintain, support and upgrade the applications to meet requirement changes.

SALARY ADJUSTMENT

There are 2 PAs (Performance Appraisal) per year. The percentage of salary adjustment is 10%-24% depending on the individual’s performance within a specific period.
Adhoc salary review and promotion are performed in the year.

Môi trường tốt cho career path

Tôi thích công ty vì

Đồng nghiệp nhiệt tình, leader tốt có tầm nhìn, sếp vui vẻ, được cấp laptop xịn khi làm việc.
Cũng không có OT thường xuyên lắm, lâu lâu làm không kịp thì OT.
Sếp khá quan tâm tới nhân viên, cafe mì gói free. Có vấn đề về gia đình cần sắp xếp, sếp luôn lắng nghe và thấu hiểu.
Công ty mời giáo viên tiếng Anh tới dạy và mở group học tiếng Anh online để giúp nhân viên cải thiện tiếng Anh.

Với tôi có vài điều chưa ổn

Công ty hơi đông nhân sự nên văn phòng có 1 chút chật chội, cũng vì đông nên lâu lâu bị ket toilet :((
OT thường không lương. Thường yêu cầu làm thêm việc tại nhà mà không trả tiền.
