It enables them to define and manage 443 technical competencies and 79 job family competencies, driving competitiveness and certainty of outcomes for clients. M-CMS is linked to a Learning Management System using Moodle with 283 Learning Offerings. Mitrais also has a stringent recruitment process – with a hiring rate of 5.6% (2018).

Taking a break
Mitrais provides 15 days annual leave, with an allowance every 6 months to support break. Oh... not to mention a full month long service leave every 5 years, without deducting the annual leave… yeeay …
