Individual Systems Inc. (IVS Co., Ltd.) is a pioneer in Japanese offshore development. Its predecessor was a Japanese language class for Vietnamese engineers, and was founded in 2002 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
With 50%->100% growing up each year, Individual Systems Inc have developed a strong strategy for HR developing and created a good working environment as well as a clear career path so that engineers can develop all their skills, and can become an experts on IT technologies or a professional software project manager.
