Founded in 1993 in France, CODIX now operates with branches in France, Bulgaria, the USA, Tunisia, Mexico, Vietnam and Spain. The CODIX team is made of 460+ functional experts, technical experts and a comprehensive PMO, all dedicated to the implementation, maintenance and support of the company’s only product: iMX.

iMX is a fully multilingual, multi-business unit and multicurrency market leading software solution for Account Receivables management, Early and Late Collection, as well as for all products in Commercial Finance – factoring, ID, ABL, SCF, commercial loans, leasing, etc… iMX is currently used by more than 10.000 users, in 40 countries, 18 languages. iMX includes CRM and billing capabilities, a modern versatile web-portal covering all aspects of the customer relationship (starting from on-boarding), and a state-of-the-art Business Intelligence tool.

At the heart of iMX is the Expert System, a powerful business rules and workflow execution engine which automates even the most complex business processes, sending only added value tasks to the users' task lists.

CODIX delivers turnkey fixed price/fixed time projects, customizing its iMX solution to ensure a complete and total coverage of all its Clients’ needs.

Codix is an active player in the development of new technologies, such as inter-operability standards, SOAP and REST services, Block-chain systems, supporting disruptive business plans and constantly searching for new ways to address emerging new practices.

CODIX work in close collaboration with Fintech Clients and well-established financial institutions, as well as with cutting-edge providers of complementary services like OSMO, Atradius, Euler Hermes, Risk Factor, COFACE, Dun & Bradstreet and many more.

Unique goal is to always be ahead of the curve, to include features in iMX before Clients need them, and to provide a software solution which eases and secures daily operations in the various functional domains covered by iMX.

The CODIX team is staffed with about 550 professionals, located in 4 continents and 8 offices worldwide: France (Sophia-Antipolis, Nice and Paris), Bulgaria (Sofia), Mexico (Mexico City), USA (Atlanta), Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City), Tunisia (Tunis), and several sites locally based experts: Czech Republic, Romania, Canada and Germany. CODIX insist that all employees, whether they have a technical or business background, should have outstanding understanding of Clients’ business. 50% of CODIX’s staff has a business background.
