Bocasay is a French service provider offering offshore IT development in Madagascar and Vietnam.

With more than 70 collaborators, company have developed a hybrid offshore model to offer competitive and quality services in a French legal framework.

Bocasay invest a lot in human values and strive to build trust and transparency with all partners.

Genesis

The Bocasay company is created by Romain and Julien in June 2012. The name Bocasay comes from the use of the words Boca (the mouth in Spanish) and Say (says / speaks in English). The idea was to create a communication agency, hence the interest of the word game: the speaking mouth.

In October 2012, history wanted Julien's partner to seize a professional opportunity in Madagascar. Julien and his companion leave and settle in Antananarivo. The origin of Bocasay begins here, with Romain developing commercially the company in Paris and Julien erecting the first computer development center in Madagascar.

Creation of a first service center in Madagascar

Bocasay start the adventure with freelancers while working from home. Their first office was created in April 2013 in Madagascar to welcome first employees on permanent contracts.

Ethics and quality are part of DNA, Bocasay attach great importance to being able to create value on the Malagasy territory. This translates into a strong social policy towards employees as well as significant involvement with the developer community and schools in the city.

Creation of the second service center in Vietnam

In order to face the strong growth of the company and in order to internationalize customers, Bocasay take the decision to open a new Vietnam production center in Ho Chi Minh City. The new subsidiary opens its doors in January 2018 to welcome new employees in February.

Bocasay nowadays

Bocasay is today a team of more than 70 enthusiasts between the France, Madagascar and Vietnam . They all share the ambition to become one of the leaders in offshore IT development.

Humane and Social Policy
