PAID HOLIDAYS AND VACATION (ANNUAL LEAVE)

Ban Vien offer many programs such as paid holidays, sabbaticals, and flextime to support employees mind and body. The vacation days is paid out to employees at the end of each fiscal year, or is accumalated for three years that employees will enjoy a long holiday.

GENERAL COVERAGE

13th Salary month will be guaranted.
Performance-based bonus: It will be about 1 - 6 months base salary and vary by role and line of business
