There are two different meanings in their slogan.

The first is "Record History", together with startups and new innovation products, they are contributing in writing the next chapter of innovation history.

The other one is "Coding History", with every line of code, engineers are growing both in technological aspect as well as professional aspect.

Asian Tech have been recoding history since 2014. With present focus on the Japanese market, company have gained a high standard quality for software development service for Web and Mobile applications. Mission is to learn, develop and obtain the highest standards for global software services.

Headquarters is based in Da Nang city, where clear blue skies and beautiful beaches fuel innovative thinking. In fact, they're looking to expand their name to the European and American markets in the near future.

Culture

Employee's growth is cultivated at Asian Tech as company culture. Every quarter, each team will nominate the best performing member of their team to receive the "Quarterly Award".

Moreover, new recruits and interns are supported well by other members through intership programs and other training programs throughout the year. Many participants in the intership program have been continued their career path at Asian Tech after the program that prove Asian Tech is a good environment to start a career.

Not only limited at programming skills, they understand the importance of other soft skills such as English, Japanese, etc. ATers can actively learn together after working hours through language practicing activities such as English Speaking Club, TOEIC Training, Learning Japanese with native speakers. Besides, outdoor team building activities such as Amazing Race held every year, monthly team building, charity events, etc are actively organized and participated by almost all ATers.

Young, dynamic and self-motivated employees are a truly international bunch from a wide variety of backgrounds, with a mix of Vietnamese, English and Japanese (to name but a few of the languages) flying about their office. Employees also have the opportunity to work with foreign managers with international experience as well as learn directly from CEO, who lived and worked in Japan for 12 years.

Công ty tự build văn phòng riêng nên các dịch vụ trong văn phòng khá ổn. Có người support nhanh về mặt thiết bị

Với tôi có vài điều chưa ổn

Team android đào tạo cho intern mà ít support quá, 1 tuần dạy có 1 chủ đề làm kéo dài thời gian thực tập của em lên gần 4 tháng. Nhưng cũng có thể tạm hiểu được vì leader nói là team đang bị dự án đè nên ít dành thời gian cho internship
- Lương hơi thấp so với mặt bằng chung với những công ty cùng kiểu.
