AdNovum was founded in 1988. AdNovum's headquarters in Zurich and offices in Bern, Lausanne, Budapest, Lisbon, Ho Chi Minh City and Singapore, about 600 consultants, software engineers, application managers and other IT staff build and maintain IT solutions for customers throughout the world.

AdNovum Vietnam has been present in Ho Chi Minh city since 2014 and employs about 40 people. Employees build complex software solutions for customers from a wide range of industries. Rotating through projects, gain experience and gradually become an expert in enterprise software development.

Software Engineering With A History

AdNovum started out 25 years ago as a small start-up in a tiny office in Zurich, Switzerland. Today, around 600 employees work in offices in Zurich, Bern, Lausanne, Budapest, Lisbon, Singapore, and Ho Chi Minh City. AdNovum can't really claim to be a start-up company anymore, but they've managed to keep the friendly and cooperative atmosphere that helped make them so successful in the first place.

Daily Life: The Project

The project is most important organizational unit. At any given time, AdNovum have up to 50 projects running in parallel. Project teams vary in size from 1 to 40 people and can last from one-week-long assignments to long running applications with many releases over several years. Project leaders meet every week to discuss the project assignments, which take into account factors such as project and staff availability.
