1. The thank-you tree
There is such a so-called “Thank-you tree” in Absolute office. This is how Absolute employees show their gratitude when receiving helps or supports from other colleagues. That can be a case when an IT staff help fixing a broken laptop, a Developer share awesome tips about microservices in a technical workshop, a Scrum Master facilitate such an effective sprint retrospective or an Office Admin help ordering lunch for everyone in the meeting room. Every thank-you note is written on a card and then hang on the tree. The tree is “harvested” bi-weekly and all thank-you cards are given to the recipients.
